BloomSixteen shipping policy

Shipping Arrangement

We will charge the corresponding shipping fee according to different regions. When customers make payment, the system will list out all the costs in detail, including the shipping fee.  In a single transaction, customers can enjoy free shipping when spending a specified amount. Shipping Fee

Hong Kong:HK$50 for each order - Free shipping with every order over HK$600 (after discount).

China & Macau:HK$95 for each order

For regions out of China, Hong Kong and Macau, please refer to the shipping fee displayed at the payment page.

**The shipping cost listed in the shopping cart/ checkout page shall be final.

Shipping days and schedules

  • The shipment will be ready in 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability.
  • Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address (Hong Kong region only) in 2-3 business days. For remote areas, it might take 3-4 business days.
  • Delivery service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Order Terms

  1. Website images are for reference only, and the product packaging maybe slightly different from the website images.
  2. All orders once successfully made cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded nor exchanged.
  3. PO Box is not accepted as shipping address.
  4. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.
  5. Once the order is shipped out, we will send you an email including a tracking number (shipment waybill).
  6. Order processing and shipping is done only on weekdays (not including public holidays). Shipping may take additional time during holidays and extreme weather conditions.
  7. If we receive a return package from the courier which the address, contact number or any information provided by the customer is incorrect, the customer will be required to pay the delivery fee again and reschedule the delivery. In the event of multiple undeliverable orders, your order may be cancelled without a refund.
  8. Upon receiving your order, please check to make sure all items are in good condition. If you find damaged, faulty or incorrect items in your order, please contact us via cs@bloomsixteen.co immediately.
  9. In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) found upon receiving the product(s), please contact us within 14 business days from delivery. Please note that all the accessories and inserts of the defective returned product(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging and in accordance with the return policy for returns.   10. For any retuned products, customer(s) will need to bear the shipping fee, or you may contact us via cs@bloomsixteen.co. before returning the product(s).
  11. All orders must be signed for on delivery.
